Hello Amazing Backers!
We have some important updates to share. It has been wildly busy and we want to fill you in on all we've been up to. Some of you may be into the small details and others may just want to find the products at their door. Whatever your interest level, we just want to assure you that we are committed to you and will keep you updated regularly!
On another note, as you have likely heard, there are some hurdles ahead with the spread of Coronavirus which could potentially impact our team's travel, ability for our partners to return to work and ultimately challenge our timelines. While we don't know just yet how things will play out, we are saddened by the difficulties this has caused the region during the celebration of Lunar New Year. We prioritize health over production schedules and will do our very best to offer support, anticipate changes and adjust to keep the project moving in the right direction.
So far, progress has been steady. Our team is at work developing the brand new parts that will make up the 11-piece Explorer Kit and new silicone inserts. Since these are entirely new, the lead time for Explorer Kit and silicone insert design, development and testing is longer than the 13-piece Adventure Kit which was much farther along in the process. Testing is an iterative process done in a lab and in the expected environments to improve upon each round and ensure quality, functionality and harmony at scale. Much of our testing will be done in the US. Lastly, the first samples of the Adventure Kit and Explorer "bamboo lid kit" colors have arrived. We are prepping photos to share and will be posting another update very soon!

Hello Backers and Happy 2020!
If you are NOT one of the over 80% who have completed your BackerKit fulfillment survey, we need YOUR response!
As a reminder, survey selections are coming to a close Wednesday, Jan 8th for those in the March shipping window. You will still be able to make changes to your address until we lock those in closer to the ship date, however any credits, add-ons and accessories will be closed. If we do not have your information completed, your shipment could be delayed as a result.

We are incredibly excited and grateful to be launching exciting innovations through Kickstarter. We can't wait to share with you the progress we have made. We are making plans to visit our suppliers in February to begin testing the new parts and will post updates along the way.

Here we go....The reVessel Kickstarter fulfillment survey link was recently sent to your email. Be on the lookout for an email from [email protected] and take a moment to complete the survey as soon as possible.
Remember, this is an important step! It's where you will make your lid kit colors official and build out your sleek new system with options only available at the special rates exclusively to our backers. Use your credits to add on additional steel inserts for maximum flexibility, include the new microwaveable silicone inserts and other complementary products. You can now include an additional Adventure or Explorer Kit at the Kickstarter price.
We are making every effort to keep our target delivery dates on track. To help out, all surveys must be completed by 1/8/2020. If for any reason you need to make changes to your shipping address, you can do this directly in your BackerKit account.

Hi Backers -
Sending this update in case you had been looking for the email to let you know you haven't missed anything.
Today was our original target for surveys to go out. They are nearly ready, however we are in the process of doing some final checks with the fulfillment team and a test group to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. We will be posting another update when the link goes out to all.
